RegenScience.ca currently ships exclusively within Canada. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

During periods of elevated order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you promptly via the contact information provided at checkout.

Free Shipping Offer

We provide FREE shipping on all orders exceeding $299 CAD anywhere within Canada.

Shipping Costs

For orders below the free shipping threshold, there is a standard flat rate of $25 CAD. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Responsibility & Liability

Upon transfer of your package to the selected shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the customer.

RegenScience.ca is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur while the package is in transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You have entered a complete and accurate shipping address
You will monitor tracking updates as provided
You will communicate directly with the shipping carrier for any delivery-related issues
You will ensure that delivery can be safely received at the designated address

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, claims must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier. RegenScience.ca does not assume responsibility for transit-related issues once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. RegenScience.ca is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an error is identified, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier.
